Confidential Communications Declarations:

Such information is legally protected from unauthorized disclosure by State and Federal Law. The information is intended to be for the exclusive use of the planned recipient. If you are not the intended recipient, be advised that any disclosure, copying, distribution or other use of this information is strictly prohibited. The sender does not waive any disclosure rights or privileges. If you have received a transmission in error, please immediately notify the sender and, without reading or saving it, permanently delete the communication and any attachments from your computer, mail system and/or network server.
