Todd Martin Norbraten has been practicing law since 2008. He began his career as an Assistant State Attorney in Stuart, Florida, then went on to work for the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, handling over 20 jury trials in both county and circuit court. In 2011, Todd joined a statewide civil defense firm, where he focused on medical malpractice, negligent security, and catastrophic injury cases. In 2014, Todd and his family returned to Stuart, and he started working at a local personal injury firm as the primary litigation attorney, handling motor vehicle accidents, premises injuries, wrongful death and general negligence cases.

He is admitted to the Florida Bar, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. He is an active member of the Martin County Bar Association, where he is the Past Chair of the Trial Lawyers’ Committee, the Treasure Coast Justice Association, where he is a member and Past President, and the Florida Justice Association.

Todd grew up in Coconut Grove, Florida, graduated cum laude with a bachelor of science degree from the Warrington College of Business Administration at the University of Florida (2005), and obtained his Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law (2008). Todd loves college sports, live music and traveling. He is only the second best lawyer in his household as his wife Keri is also a practicing attorney. The couple has two young children.
