Players at The First Academy are threatening legal action against the FHSAA over a postseason football ban imposed for alleged eligibility and recruiting violations. Attorneys representing the players have issued a formal demand letter seeking an immediate reversal of the penalties, arguing they are excessive and inconsistent with past rulings.
Attorney Paul Aloise, representing the players alongside co-counsel, stated that legal action, including an emergency injunction and damages, will be pursued if the ban is not lifted.
