Mom of Florida Teen Missing at Sea with Friend Files Wrongful Death Lawsuit Against Other Boy’s Family

A wrongful death lawsuit has been filed in connection with the disappearance of two Florida teens who went missing at sea during a fishing trip. Pamela Cohen, the mother of Perry Cohen, is pursuing legal action against the family of the other boy, alleging negligence in allowing the teens to venture offshore without proper safety measures or supervision.

The suit also names co-plaintiff John Eric Romano, personal representative of Perry’s estate, and lists the other boy’s parents and grandfather as defendants. The Rubin Firm Trial Lawyers are representing the Cohen family, seeking accountability as the case continues years after the boys’ disappearance.
